Happiness is not the result of achieving or attaining some goal..

Happiness is not the result of achieving or attaining some goal… it is not a result of acquiring something OR someone… Happiness is not about the future or fulfilling a part of you, you believe is lacking. Happiness is now. Happiness is being who you are in any given moment, the good and bad you experience and feel, and not having to hide or deny any part of you because of what is expected or accepted. Happiness is living your truth despite everyone and anything else. Happiness is doing what makes you feel happy. Happiness is being you. © Jodi Healy if you like this please share, someone else may too 🙂

  1. Thank you Jodi. I enjoyed threading this and happiness is also a component of total body health. There is many aspects if living a healthy life: eating nutritional whole foods and eating fish, exercise, skin health, adequate water consumption and mental health. It is my opinion if you are happy , truly happy for yourself as you stated, then everything else will also fall into place. You are inspiring so thank you for sharing this today.

Hi Heather, Yes! If others realized our power is truly from within, which is now being proven through quantum physics, everyone would understand they are creating their outward reality!
