We all know when someone is lying…

The greatest gift we can give another is the truth… but for some reason so many of us hide it. We believe we are protecting ourselves or someone else by not being honest. We think by not telling the truth we are preventing someone else from feeling hurt, but in reality we are hurting them more. Even small lies are a false sense of control. It causes friction, tension, and unnecessary suffering because deep down, we all know when someone is lying… and we catch ourselves in a futile game of self doubt where no one wins. Telling the truth is the hardest path, but the only true way to self love, by honoring who you really are… © Jodi Healy – if you like this please share, someone else may too 🙂

It’s easy enough to slip into the habit of lying – a reminder always helps 🙂
