As a child I was taught and believed in a finite world of clear boundaries; tree bark was the end of a tree, an object was solid, food and water were all I needed to survive, my heart pumped blood into my veins that created energy, and sleep was when my body rested and regenerated itself… Since then however, my knowledge has expanded. I have learned we, as a human being are not solid and there is more space between our cells than matter. I have learned I am a field of energy that exists beyond my consciousness, and this field is actually affected before my brain registers something. I have learned every cell in my body has its own frequency, that each cell is independent, its own live entity harmonizing together as one. I have learned my energy field sustains my life force, not food or water (and no one knows how or why)… and I have learned sleep is only partially a physically regenerative cycle, it is a time our minds and souls find solace, rests, sort through problems and answers, and some believe connect to higher dimensions, even our higher selves… So… if there is anything I have learned, it is the more I learn, the less I know… © Jodi Healy
