Anger is a powerful primordial emotion… defense mechanism to pain…

Anger is a powerful primordial emotion. It is our fight reaction and defense mechanism to pain based on pure animalistic survival instinct. Anger is a biological and physical response to something that threatens us, we fear, or hurts us… Our aura and energy field, scientifically proven, turns red in high alert. Some believe anger is the most destructive energy we experience actually destroying us from within. When we experience anger we are reacting to something we feel threatened by that will, has, or does hurt us. Anger is an important emotional barometer but realize it is simply a defense mechanism, unless your being is physically in danger, it masks something deeper… a secondary emotion, ultimately to pain. Feel the anger but identify the source and release it. In the end if you stay and resonate in it, you are only hurting yourself… © Jodi Healy
