Life doesn’t have to be perfect, it’s not suppose to be. Our entire purpose in being here is to experience life, and that includes the “bad” feelings. Feelings are not right or wrong, the good and bad are all part of us, and meant to be felt. They are part of this dimension and our humanity. Somehow we have learned that having bad feelings is “bad” and we shouldn’t experience them or feel them. Somehow instead, we believe it is better to avoid them, numb ourselves, or pretend they don’t exist. Why? The only way to overcome pain, bad feelings or negativity is to experience it and rise above it. Release them from our being. If bad feelings are ignored or denied they remain inside of us, and either manifest as disease or transmit a silent frequency attracting more. The beauty in being human is to feel it all. Yell, be confused, scream, laugh, cry, struggle… feel what you do with vigor, pride, determination, and resolution. Then let it go. It’s ok to be human… © Jodi Healy
