A relationship ending can catapult us into necessary change we otherwise wouldn’t have made…

Even if it’s painful, unwanted or unexpected, the ending of a relationship can catapult us into necessary change we otherwise wouldn’t have made. Often these relationships we signed up for (soul contracts), regardless of how devastating… Too often we become complacent and settle into a mundane reality. We lose our passion, drive and desire to these comfortable patterns… we essentially lose ourselves in the relationship. Even if you have chosen the ending, the pain is relative. With such intense emotion it forces us to face our inner hurts, fears, expectations, desires and beliefs. Through this challenge we discover our blocks and heal… Believe it or not, we attracted these experiences and need them. These endings essentially force us to “grow up” and own our power. © Jodi Healy
