Many people unconsciously teeter between the edge of despair or the edge of enlightenment. One side is immersed in self created suffering by resistance to what is happening, what exists, or what is.. spending life believing that if something outside of them would change the suffering would end… When conversely enlightenment is the awareness that nothing that happens to us or outside of us means anything.. What is real is our reaction to it, what we believe it to be, and our experience in relationship to it.. To stop teetering is the process of letting go. ❤ Jodi Healy
